- Independently assess and apply standard customer service techniques and procedures.
- Provide prompt, professional customer service at all times.
- Exercise judgment to adapt to the needs of each customer.
- Assist in designing larger and more complex customer service assignments.
- Assist in the development of plans, investigations, and surveys.
- Prepare reports with MS Word and Excel.
- Utilize MAXIMO asset management software.
- Comply with all safety processes and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Position may involve a rotating schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills including Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Requires experience and familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a high level of professionalism.
- Requires a high degree of efficiency and a sound work ethic.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
- Advanced knowledge and skills with the MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency with MAXIMO.

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist you will interact clearly and professionally with customers (internal and external), maintain all files (current and historical) and perform a wide variety of administrative office duties.
