Für unseren traditionsreichen, stetig wachsenden Produktionsstandort in Troisdorf (Nähe Köln/Bonn) suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis für die Abteilung Compliance & Batch Disposition innerhalb unseres Qualitätsmanagements eine/n:

Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) Pharma

Ihre Aufgaben:

Bearbeitung von Reklamationen _(Complaint Processing)_
Unterstützung bei kritischen Qualitätsmeldungen und Rückrufen _(Support with Critical Quality Notifications and Recalls)_
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, Kollegen und Kunden in Bezug auf die Bearbeitung der übertragenen Aufgaben _(Close cooperation with international teams, colleagues and customers in relation to the processing of the assigned tasks)_
Bearbeitung von Projekten, die Rahmen der Compliance Tätigkeiten anfallen _(Processing of projects that arise within the framework of compliance activities)_
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Product Quality Reviews _(Support in the preparation of Product Quality Reviews)_
Bearbeitung von GMPrelevanten Dokumenten und Unterstützung bei qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen _(Processing of GMPrelevant documents and support with quality assurance measures)_

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation _(Degree in natural sciences or comparable qualification)_
Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie _(First professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry)_
Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld notwendig _(GMP experiences mandatory)_
Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office etc. _(Solid knowledge in working with MS-Office etc.)_
Verhandlungssichere Englisch

- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift _(Fluent in written and spoken English and German)_

Ausgeprägte organisatorische sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten _(Processing of GMPrelevant documents and support with quality assurance measures)_
