What you ́ll do

  • As part of our user assistance team, create and update howto videos for Customer Experience (CX)
  • Work with TechSmith Camtasia, in our content management system, and other software tools
  • Create screen recordings and animations
  • Embed videos in our SAP Help Portal documentation
  • Prepare videos for the upload to Youtube
  • Support authors working in the content management system


To be able to carry out these tasks, you will attend training courses, receive training on the job, and be supported by us.


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student at a university, studying in the fields Technical Writing, Digital Media Design, Communications, or other.
  • Computer skills: Techsavvy and knowledge of video production tools like Camtasia
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Team player with a wellstructured way of working
  • Highly committed and proactive personality

Meet your Team


You will join a supportive team in SAP Customer Experience (CX) consisting of technical writers and translators from different cultural backgrounds and based in different locations.

We write and translate software documentation in close collaboration with the development teams. In addition, we create graphics, how-to videos, and podcasts.
