YOUR ROLE:


  • Lead Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) Benchmarking programs with the coordination of multidisciplinary teams accross the organization, as well as external agencies and associated budgets
  • Lead and steer in alignment with the produc development team and external testing suppliers the early consumer tests (blind testing) for key projects innovations
  • Be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and drive the strategic development of consumer centric quantitative tools and methods (ex: grossnegative, acceptability,... for HCB R&D) and associated statistical support
  • Lead global Vendor management program for consumer quantitative testing and steering of the testing agencies
  • Lead the strategic understanding programs on Drivers of Liking FOR relevant categories
  • As CTI Leadership team member, report benchmarking KPI and program evolution up to Excom members, define program expansion and contribute to building the CTI HCB R&D Consumer strategy
  • Take over the management of the future Benchmarking team
  • Act as CTI key account partner for the CMI (Consumer Market Intelligence) group

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Master's degree in market research, consumer studies or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global consumer research project management & steering
  • High leadership skills and experience to embrace the complexity of the role and to interface with seniors stakeholders
  • Passionate for the global Consumer goods market business ( Hair and Laundry and Home Care
  • Retailer and Professional)
  • Highly cooperative with multiple stakeholders: crossfunctional team work
  • Open minded for changes and for identifying new ways of working
  • Strategic thinking to be applied across the consumer group
  • Fluent in English, German is a bonus
