The Salesforce Team is part of the Commercial Excellence department that acts as the strategic business partner to the sales, service and order fulfillment organization, reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co.

The team supports the global business and support functions by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes and striving to improve existing commercial and after-market processes such as digitalization.


As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be joining an energetic, passionate and goal-oriented Salesforce team that is responsible for a highly customized Salesforce instance with more than 2,000 users.

You will be working with an Architect, Developers, Analysts, and occasionally with a third-party implementation partner. You will be continuously in touch with other Bruker group's Salesforce professionals.

As of now we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (M/F/d) in fulltime.

You can work remotely with travels to the team based in Bremen, Germany, a few times over the year. Continuously expanding your skills and certifications is encouraged and supported.

As Salesforce Administrator you'll play vital role in maintaining and continuously improving our Salesforce platform and user experience. You should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions. You have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and can identify and communicate recommendations for improvements.


Together with our Business Analysts and Developers, you'll be part of Salesforce projects to improve existing or establish new features.


Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, and the overall security model
  • Own the administration process, set up and maintain governance structures, documentation and best practices
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including daytoday support, the creation and delivery of training materials, demoing new features, documentation maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Make Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports, approval processes
  • Manage Salesforce data, including importing, exporting, and mass updating of data
  • Improve business productivity, efficiency, and performance through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources and making suggestions for improvements

Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years work experience.
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud product knowledge and at least 1,5 years of Salesforce administration experience. Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud and Mobile App knowledge desirable.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator. Certified Platform App Builder and Advanced Administrator desirable.
  • Indepth experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in managing dashboards, page layouts, lightning pages, and approval processes. Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, validation rules and custom views
  • Understand the declarative features of the Salesforce Platform and how they can be used to design a humancentered user experience to solve problems
