Abarbeitung und Erfassung der Supportanfragen zu diversen kundenspezifischen Onlinebuchungssystemen (cytric, Atlatos, onesto, Concur,NEO)
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und 2nd Level Support
Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports
Durchführung von Anpassungen und Änderungen in den OBE-Systemen nach Rücksprache mit Travel Managern und Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Onlinebuchungsmaschinen
Proaktive Kommunikation mit Anfragendem, internem Produktmanagement und Systemanbieter zu 3rd Level Supportanfragen, Systemausfällen, Releasewechseln etc.
Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Kunden
Dokumentation von Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen in den internen Handbüchern
Unterstützung bei Neukundenimplementierung

- (sehr) gute GDS-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Amadeus)

Gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher & englischer Sprache
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten (haupts. Excel)
Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
