As a VP of Technology, you will be joining an award-winning deep tech company in Frankfurt to lead a team and steer the company's overall artificial intelligence efforts, creating a more formal path for ML experimentation, development, and product realization.


Your role:

  • You will be responsible for the technology roadmap, technical leadership, and excellence in your teams.
  • As a customer facing role you will interact with customers to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects and support the sales team in creating a scalability / upselling roadmap and strategies based on successfully executed projects.
  • You will lead crossfunctional international teams across multiple disciplines including Software Development, AI Research, Data Science, Project Management, and AWS Infrastructure.
  • Manage and lead the engineering team and drive endtoend strategy to build highend software.
  • Work with the product team to ensure a high level of engagement for successful deliverables.
  • Although the majority of your responsibilities will be management related you also need to be able to dive into all technical and nontechnical aspects of their products in depth,

What skills you need:

  • Proven leadership experience with a technical background in the field of Data Science.
  • You possess architectural skills and an understanding of how to build a scalable and secure infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with the integration of thirdparty systems.
  • You must have demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
  • You have a track record of extraordinary accomplishments and previous entrepreneurial activities.
  • Leadership experience in an agile organization. You define goals and strategies, motivate, assess and manage.
  • Top tier communication and you are business fluent in
    German and English.
