During your two-year job integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them.

In addition to your regular day-to-day work, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

What can you expect
You work in the Corporate Brand and Communications group function with a strong interface to the business units and regions as well as agencies in the area of marketing communications
You support the Agency Management & Training Team for efficient collaboration with agencies
You contribute to the conceptual development and implementation of the ZEISS Agency Management and Brand Training Frameworks
You collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and Communications Teams, Purchasing, IT, Internal Learning Team, as well as external partners
You plan and coordinate own subprojects, such as further development of digital processes, implementation of new brand trainings and training events

What should you bring along?
You have a bachelor's degree with focus on business administration, management, communication, marketing and brand or a comparable course of study
You ideally have first professional experience within an international company or agency in the field of brand management, marketing or marketing communications
You have knowledge of project management
You score an analytical, structured and independent approach to work and strong communication skills
You show the desire to create and enjoy new challenges
You ideally have interest in digital technologies and digital experiences
You speak fluent German and English
You are very confident with MS Office and MS Teams
