Your profile:


  • Degree in the field of technical documentation or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in an agile manner
  • Ability to lead and supervise employees
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills

Your mission:


  • Lead and mentor the documentation team, plan team resources and prioritization of documentation projects, resolve problems and bottlenecks
  • Conception, creation and implementation of user documentation in close coordination with product managers, product owners and developers
  • Continuous improvement and standardization of processes and workflows, quality assurance in technical documentation
  • Promoting the discipline of technical writing, position and strengthen the team within the company
  • Training employees in writing standards and processes, guiding and supporting them in the creation of user documentation
  • Independently research new content and its form of presentation
  • Management of the tools and resources used to create documentation
  • Longterm planning, evaluation and conception of further documentationrelated tasks and their associated tools and processes, such as automation, terminology, translation, etc.
