What We're Looking For:

Are you an enrolled student with an interest in people and a knack for getting things done? Want to dive into the world of people management? Look no further - we're searching for a Working Student to join our People team and become a valuable team member.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support for HR processes such as among others onboarding and offboarding
Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, documentation and employee experience

Supporting People team members with day-to-day tasks and projects

We Expect:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease

Fluency in German and English
