Our customer, MLT (Minet Lacing Technologies), is an industry leader and expert in belt lacing manufacturing and specialist conveyor technologies, providing manufacturing, maintenance, and training services to their customers in 120 countries worldwide.
The company has operated for over 70 years and their products and services are utilized in a broad range of industries including logistics, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, construction materials and energy.
Their sales have increased hugely in the past ten years, rising 43% to €30m in 2022, and to continue their growth and ability to support new customers, they have a vacancy for a
Technical Sales Manager to work within their German market.
The role is client-facing at its core, meeting new and prospective customers onsite to fully understand their business needs and challenges, and to present the best, relevant and customized products, and solutions, enshrining the organizational values of curiosity, honesty and integrity, trust and transparency, and respect.
Your key activities will be.- Independently work to identify and engage new customers in the German market.
- Organize and conduct customer meetings to assist them in accurately outlining their challenges and to provide analysis and relevant solutions.
- Increase regional sales across all product lines and services.
- Achieve metrics governing sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver the corporate strategy in line with associated and agreed budgets.
- Design and conduct sales tours to new and existing customers, providing technical presentations on products and services.
- Oversee the installation of products, product testing and provide ongoing support installation.
Characteristics of the Post.
Permanent, full-time,
OTE €100k
- €50k per annum salary, commission for target met €50k, bonus for growth target (existing customers) €7k, company car and fuel card
Most customers are located in North Rhine Westphalia, but potential for nationwide travel throughout Germany
Profile.

A native-German speaker who can also speak French or English professionally.
A valid Category-B driving license.

You possess a strong technical acumen and can become an expert with the company's products and services.
The ability to effectively manage your time, efforts, and business activities, being able to prioritize between duties, customer requests and business travel.
