About the Technical Support Expert Opportunity


In addition, you will complete software installation, re-installations and upgrades for existing clients as well as working with our 3rd line and development teams to improve tooling to complete tasks more effectively and efficiently.


What we need you to do
-
GuestStay Kiosk: Install and configure our GuestStay Self-Check-in Kiosk solutions at our customer hotels.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, developers, product managers, Implementation, 2nd and 3rd line teams and quality assurance, to communicate customer feedback, identify product improvements, and contribute to the product roadmap.

Privacy: We'll need you to follow internal security and data handling procedures to ensure we're complying with GDPR and PCI

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud computing best practices. Continuously identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services delivery.


Additional Skills & Qualifications:


  • Professional fluency in both English & German
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms, such as MS Azure and MS SQL
  • Solid understanding of webbased architectures, APIs, and database concepts
  • You'll be comfortable connecting and working with external data sources using Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop operating systems (8/8.01/10/11) as well as Microsoft Server operating systems (2008/2012/20216)
  • Navigating file storage and permissions inside basic Windows Domains and Workgroups
  • Maintaining Windows Operating Systems / installation of service packs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service
