Manufacturing is at the forefront of this revolution to reduce scrap rates, accelerate ramp-ups of new production lines and shorten feedback loops to optimize processes more quickly.

Join us to work on the next generation of integrated electronics, event stream processing and AI.You will be a part of the Battery Accelerator, an organization of multiple internal start-ups which self-responsibly engage with cell manufacturers worldwide, develop and execute pilots, and take complete ownership of their products.
As Scrum Master you will take responsibility for the agile software development of a multinational team working on an event-driven data architecture.
In your role, you will make the difference in bridging agile development and internal start-ups to make sure our software ships to Gigafactories worldwide on time.
What you will do- Plan, organize and lead the agile working of an interdisciplinary and international team (~15 people) with full responsibility of the Scrum process and events
- Continuously monitor, assess, and mitigate financial and project risks
- Organize Scrum rituals (i.e., dailies, reviews), analyze sprint progress and visualize progress for the team to keep track of meaningful KPIs
- Foster the agile mindset among all team members
- Design and continuously optimize internal processes to find an efficient and sustainable project structure
- Directly align with the product owner of the data architecture team and keep close contact with project leads from ongoing pilots to think through and prioritize incremental developments
- Work from home and anywhere in the world, willingness to travel to Germany for inperson team workshops at least once per quarter
- A Scrum Master Certificate, preferably profound understanding of agile software development practices like Kanban, Lean Thinking or Extreme Programming
- 10 years of professional experience in agile software development and the Scrum process, preferably for largescale distributed systems as Scrum Master, product owner or project manager
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and empathy to empower a multinational and fastpaced team
- Practical experience with microservice architectures, distributed computing (i.e. K8s, Docker), data processing (i.e. Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark, ksqlDB) and API design are a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to communicate your reasoning clearly
- Min 5 years of leadership experience with technical development teams
- You are fluent in English. Additional languages (i.e. German) are a plus.
- Formal qualifications: excellent university degree or equivalent in the field of computer science.
