POSITION DETAILS

_ Position Summary_

  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Creation of payment runs and processing of payment transactions
  • Participation in the reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
  • Processing and posting of travel expense and credit card statements
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of the VAT preregistration
  • Travel Expenses

Job Requirements:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

_ Knowledge Skills & Abilities_

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk with at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or comparable
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Experience in the ERP system ProAlpha an advantage
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good English knowledge
