Dear Business Development Intern,


We are thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our entrepreneurial adventure and be a part of our rapidly growing start-up.

As a Business Development Intern, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the DACH market and play a critical role in launching and scaling our business in this region.


Your mission will be to contribute to the operational excellence of our Sales organization, and have a real impact on the team's performance.


In this operational and strategic role, you will report directly to Nora, our Chief of Staff and the right-hand person of our General Manager.

You will also work closely with the leaders of our Sales team.

This means that you will have the chance to work closely with our leadership team and have a strong impact on our sales efficiency and growth.


You will have a 360° view of the business, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our operations.

Tasks


YOUR MISSIONS
Inbound and Outbound campaigns preparation (60% of the time)

  • Identify accounts that have strong potential for PlayPlay.
  • Support on account mapping by identifying the most relevant prospects to target in these accounts.
  • Build prospect lists aligned with our Go-ToMarket Strategy.
  • Support on Inbound lead prioritization: cleaning prospect lists (e.g. coming from webinars & events).
Content production (40% of the time)

  • Create videos for sales campaigns: help promote PlayPlay to prospects by creating unique video content with our tool.
  • Propose ideas in line with these needs: format, storytelling, distribution platforms.

Requirements:


YOUR SKILLS

  • You have a C1-C2 level in German.
  • Plus, you speak English fluently (B2, C1 or C2 level).
  • You have an interest in media or more specifically, in videos.
  • Most likely you study media, communication or business. Ideally, your studies focus on the economy sector, and you have a good understanding of business network structures.
  • Experience in working in a tech startup is a plus.
  • International experience is a plus.
