Your tasks:
- Error analysis together with customer and developing solution
- Technical support for our customers
- Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
- Customerorientated processing and proper documentation of claims
- The training weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)
Your skills:
- Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP
- Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
