    Service Manager ServiceNow Operating (m/w/d) Bring mit uns das Land Baden-Württemberg voran. Als Förderbank des Landes unterstützen wir Wirtschaft, Kommunen und Menschen, damit Baden-Württemberg ebenso leistungsstark wie lebenswert bleibt. Wir sind in Karlsruhe und Stuttgart mit ca. Mitarbeitenden vertreten. Eine wichtige Säule ist unser eigener IT-Bereich mit ca. 200 Beschäftigten. In der L-Bank betreiben und entwickeln wir sowohl Standardsoftware als auch eigenentwickelte IT-Lösungen mit agilen Methoden. Digitalisierung ist für uns täglicher Antrieb und mit einem agilen Mindset bringen wir die Bank und das Land jeden Tag ein Stück weiter voran. Im Sinne einer digitalen L-Bank gestaltest Du unsere Ziele der Kundenzentrierung und dem Wandel der Technologie aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit Dir möchten wir eine zentrale Einheit für unsere SLA-basierte ServiceNow-Cloud-Plattform aufbauen und weiterentwickeln. Als Service Manager überwachst Du die Erfüllung der vertraglichen Dienst -und Serviceleistungen durch den Cloud Service Provider (CSP) und stimmst Dich in regelmäßigen Service-Meetings zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität mit dem CSP ab. Dabei übernimmst Du u. a. die Auslagerungsverantwortung für die Low Code-Plattform (LCP) ServiceNow sowie die administrativen und betrieblichen Aufgaben unserer ServiceNow-Systemlandschaft in den Entwicklungs-, Test- und Produktionsumgebungen. Unser Ziel ist es, für die Bank sowie alle Mitarbeitenden in der Entwicklung und im IT-Betrieb echte Mehrwerte zu generieren. Dazu gehört neben aufsichtskonformen und effizienten Prozessen und Kontrollen insbesondere eine möglichst weitgehende Automatisierung. Möchtest Du Teil unseres Teams in Karlsruhe werden? Deine Aufgaben: Dienstleistungssteuerung unserer wesentlichen Auslagerung Low Code-Plattforn ServiceNow Verantwortlichkeit für die erfolgreiche laufende Bereitstellung der Cloud-Services und für die Erreichung der Leistungsziele Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Compliance und der betrieblichen Supportprozesse Dokumentation und führen von Betriebshandbüchern, sowie Berechtigungsmanagement für unsere ServiceNow-Umgebungen Dein Profil: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im IT Service Management Du bist mit ServiceNow vertraut oder hast schon erste Erfahrungen damit gesammelt Du besitzt Berufserfahrung im Service Management im Cloud-Umfeld, insbesondere von Cloud Services, Cloud Architektur und IT-Security Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Webservices (SOAP und REST) Du besitzt eine ITIL-Zertifizierung oder hast vergleichbare Erfahrungen in ITSM-Prozessen Dich zeichnet eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus und Du bist geübt darin adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren Dich treiben kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und stetiges Lernen an Deine Lösungskompetenz in komplexen Umgebungen ist eine Deiner Stärken Wir bieten: einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz für eine stabile Zusammenarbeit ein flexibles Gleitzeitmodell und die Möglichkeit mobil zu arbeiten, damit Du eine ausgeglichene Work-Life-Balance hast eine attraktive betriebliche Altersversorgung, damit Du auch später gut versorgt bist eine zentrale Innenstadtlage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und einiges mehr...
