- From our office in Fuenlabrada, we are selecting a Maintenance Manager for a company located in Quintanar de la Orden.
- The worker will carry out the following tasks:
- Organize, manage and control the Maintenance department.
- Integrate and relocate workshops, warehouses and maintenance offices.
- Train maintenance technicians in electromechanics.
- Propose specific training courses.
- Monitor intervention times, KPIs, OEE, incidents and improvements.
- Purchase necessary spare parts.
- Manage external maintenance contracts with machinery manufacturers or auxiliary companies.
- Manage personnel and assign tasks.
- Coordinate with the production department for scheduling preventive work.
- Document revisions and generate reports for the factory management.
- Prepare periodic reports with indicators.
- Hold regular meetings with production.
- Supervise, ensure and enforce compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch break).
- Salary of €40,000 gross per year.
