YOUR TEAM:

You will operate within the domain "Intelligent Cockpit & Body", which the technical heart of the car consisting of the highly integrated computing platforms for different domains like Infotainment, Body, Connected Vehicle and more.

We support the project management and system engineering teams of this domain in their daily work, take on sub-project management tasks that contribute to efficient project development, and we also drive continuous improvement of our development processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Central point of contact for processing of change requests for Intelligent Cockpit and Body products
Coordinate change requests with internal customers, suppliers and in interdisciplinary teams
Organize, moderate and document regular Change Request Team Meetings
Support the Change Control Board to drive an efficient change request management process
Identify and escalate rational gaps and support the agile teams to close them
Create and distribute change orders and coordinate the corresponding scheduling
Support in process optimization and develop tools, write scripts to automate recurring operations

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable disciplines
At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in system & software development, its verification, or automotive electronics
Experienced with the requirements management tools (DOORS/Codebeamer), ticket systems such as ALM/Jira and advanced skills in MS Excel
Strong analytical mind set and high assertiveness paired with outstanding communication talent are among your skills
Enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks with internal and external contact persons
Overall understanding of system development processes according to ASPICE, UNECE GSR and ISO2626
Good English and German language skills
