We are currently building up our Sales and Business Development team across various levels, and seek a highly motivated and experienced
Director of Enterprise Sales (DACH).

In this role you will drive sales growth and manage key accounts in the thriving DACH region, and have a direct impact on fast-scaling, industry-leading companies by driving new business from conception to closure.


You will...

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the DACH region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Acquire new and/or develop clients and projects, incl. MDax, Dax, and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches and drive customer satisfaction

You would be a great fit if you are.

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on the DACH region.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to solve complex business challenges.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
