Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an early-stage nature travel, hospitality, sustainable and design start-up. We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness, nature, storytelling, and unique design experiences.

We design, manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness, mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature.

Tasks

JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Founders Associate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

As a Founders Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders of Offgrid Mindful Cabins, supporting them in various aspects of the business.

You will play an integral role in helping to shape the future of our company and drive its success.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business operations.
Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, and marketing strategies.
Help manage daytoday operations, including but not limited to scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation.
Act as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key partners, investors, and clients.
Support the founders in fundraising efforts, including preparing investor materials, participating in pitch meetings, and conducting due diligence activities.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Contribute to the overall growth and development of OffGrid Mindful Cabins through active involvement in team initiatives.

Requirements:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Passion for sustainability, mindfulness, and the mission of Offgrid.
