- Verantwortung für die korrekte Buchführung gemäß Landesvorschriften Deutschland und Österreich
- Vorbereitung und Fertigstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für unsere Vertriebsgesellschaften in beiden Ländern
- Sicherstellung der Basis für die Steuerung und das Reporting der operativen Zahlen nach Konzernvorgaben, inkl. Überleitung von lokalem HGB/UGB auf IFRS
- Unterstützung des Controllings bei den regelmäßigen Business Reviews, Forecasts, Budgeterstellung und Reporting inkl. Analysen
- Verantwortung für Wirtschaftsprüfungen, Audits und Arbeitsinspektionen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern wie z. B. Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Anwälte
- Gesamtverantwortung für die korrekte Verwaltung der Reisekostenabrechnung und Rückstellungen
- Verantwortung für Lohnabrechnung, Arbeitssicherheit sowie Fuhrpark und Einkauf - in AT, Versicherungen - in AT und DE
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von zwei Mitarbeitern, inkl. Dienstreisetätigkeit an den Standort Niederwaldkirchen
- Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, Abgeschlossenes BWL Studium oder Vergleichbares – Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Hands-on Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 40-50%)
- Berufserfahrung in der Matrixstruktur eines Konzerns sowie im Bereich Controlling wünschenswert
