Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your role:

The Project Controller will be responsible to maintain the project data base and track approved, committed, and forecast spend by project.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Maintain Ineos Automotive Project Data Base for MY and other Projects
Track by project approved, committed, actual spent and forecast
Provide data to departments for presentation to senior management
Set up WBS Code to reflect projects in SAP
Set up WBS code for cost collectors e.g. for supplier charge back
Represent Finance in Project, Cost Collector and EAM Meetings
Maintain Data Base for EAM, create slides, run PR report awaiting approval from the CEO, prepare and distribute minutes
Prepare adhoc analysis

What we are looking for:

Studying towards an Economics/Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or relevant degree desired but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of Finance Analyst or similar experience. Key skills include experience in building/maintaining complex financial models and clear presentation of financial data, especially to nonfinancial individuals.
Strong Excel skills including the use of pivot tables and advanced formulae.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Commercial awareness, a positive attitude and "cando" approach, comfortable to challenge at all levels.
Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadlinedriven environment.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to think on your feet and adjust to an everchanging landscape and to think outside the box and suggest novel solutions to problems.
