My client is an innovative and growing 3D Printing company based in Berlin. As a result of internal changes, they are looking to appoint a Director of Marketing to their leadership team.As the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for managing their global brand and will own all promotional activities.
A strategic role, you will lead a team to plan and deliver all global marketing initiatives that will drive revenue growth through supporting sales, increasing the opportunity pipeline and ultimately increasing brand presence in key customer markets.
As the Director of Marketing you will make the strategic marketing decisions and work closely with the broader leadership team to align marketing activity with business goals.
You will work closely with sales to create marketing collateral for sales enablement, supporting both direct to customer and reseller channel routes to market.
This is a broad role where your team will develop content, manage social media campaigns, organise and manage major trade events globally and manage press relations.
You will be responsible for managing the global marketing budget with a focus on achieving the best return on investment resulting in growth of opportunities.
Requirements:
The successful Director of Marketing will be an experienced marketing professional with at least 5+ years experience in an industrial B2B environment, preferably 3D Printing or other Industrie 4.0 sector like Robotics or Industrial Automation.
You will be a proven leader with a track record of developing strategy and campaigns to drive lead generation and ultimately help grow sales opportunities.
You will enjoy managing a team and working within a global multinational and diverse environment.You should have experience of working with both direct and indirect sales channels and be comfortable working directly with partners.
