Walter AG is recruiting for a

Global Production Controller (M/F/d)

Location flexible - Tübingen, Münsingen, Zell or Soultz

Your mission:

In this position you will be responsible for Walter's Production Consolidated Performance Reports for actual results, forecasts, budgets including target setting and longterm planning with contingency measures whenever required
One part of your mission will be to develop Dashboards to present weekly and monthly actual reports, quarterly forecasts and yearly budget reports including analysis and propose actions to eliminate deviations
This also includes supporting the Walter's Production Strategy development and execution including the footprint review
You will prepare and validate business case calculations, financial investment prioritization, appropriation request follow up of ongoing investment projects including post completion analysis
You will drive process improvements to give fast, automatic and tothe point business performance analysis of past, present and future trend, risks and opportunities
The support of Performance Management processes, including KPI development and implementation will be part of your job
You will be the Driver of Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance
You will proactively help increasing the knowledge of financial effects from business decisions within the organization
The specification and development of processes and guidelines as well as providing tools for a standardized way of working within business control will be another part of your mission
You will support the organizational development, talent and succession planning as well as the recruitment of Production Unit Controllers

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a university degree in Business administration, or a related field combined with 35 years of experience in Production Controlling
You have indepth knowledge of working in a global matrix environment and have the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholders, peers and cross functional teams globally
Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Knowledge of SAP, BW, One Stream and Power BI as well as an interest in new digital solutions is an advantage for this position
You act proactively and with high integrity, are selfmotivated and understand the sense of Urgency
You have the ability to participate and moderate Global production unit meetings wherever required
You think and act with the customer in mind
Supporting, Coaching and Engaging discussions with Production Unit Controlling teams round up your profile
