Aufgaben:

Prüfung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen

- Übermittlung der Eingangsrechnungen an unseren Shared Service Partner

Ansteuerung unseres Shared Service Partners

- Überwachung und Verwaltung des Freigabeworkflows

Abstimmung der Lieferantenkonten
Prüfung des Zahllaufs
Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
Erstellung von Purchase Orders
Verwaltung der Dauerbuchungen
Vorbereitende und unterstützende Tätigkeiten beim Monats, Quartalsund Jahresabschluss
Prüfung und Buchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
Unterstützung bei Projekten

Was uns wichtig ist:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne im Finanzund Rechnungswesen oder als Steuerfachkraft
Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung von SAP (Modul FI)
Ausgezeichnete Microsoft Excel Kenntnisse
Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsund Teamfähigkeit
Analytisches Denken
