We are now looking for a Student worker, for Project Spare parts to join the Spares & Modernization team for Metals & Chemical Processing technology (MCP) in Germany, location Oberursel, minimum of 6 months.

Handling inquiries, quotations. Daily supplier interface and follow up open requests & quotations.
Close follow up with package engineers and procurement
Process requests for technical support according to defined guidelines and limits.

Responsible to expedite all activities on requests through daily communication with Expert Network including, but not limited to, Product Management, Purchasing, Project Management & Engineering to meet the customer's requirements.

Supporting quotation preparation with technical clarification for Capex Spare Part Cases (project spares)
Responsible for spare parts quotations, pricing and offering packages related to CAPEX proposal (project spares)
Supporting project team with necessary spare parts information in delivery phase

Requirements:

Studies in technical field such as mechanical engineering or similar, technical background required
Knowledge/ work of basic MS office package, especially Excel
Good German & English verbal and written
Good communication skills
