Missions et responsabilités

The position is a classic controller role in the construction project business of Brüggemann, which is a newly acquired Saint-Gobain company (since January Brüggemann offers ambitious and innovative timber construction projects (timber, timber frame and timber module construction).

As our Controller, you will play a critical role in project and cost center controlling, reporting, and monthly closing. You will also be responsible for setting up the controlling systematics at Brüggemann in line with Saint-Gobain standards.

Control costs and perform margin analyses for customer projects,
Control and report on cost centers and inventory,
Complete monthly closing activities,
Conduct adhoc analyses such as evaluations of energy or disposal costs,
Contribute to the setup of the controlling system at Brüggemann,
Provide support to the management and finance directorate on budget, forecast, and other financial matters.

Profil recherché

Master's Degree in Business Administration (major in Finance/Controlling) fields or in industrial engineering (specialized in civil engineering),
First experiences in finance and controlling,
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel,
Strong analytical skills and number oriented,
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince,
Open nature, curiosity, and quick comprehension,
Autonomy and critical mindset with a good level of selforganization paired with a "handson mentality" and persistence,
Advanced level of German and fluent in English,
Knowledge in SAP would be a plus.

This mission will be started with 12 months, extendable once.
