About the role:

What You'll
Do:

Craft persuasive, compelling, and relevant copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Ensure that all content adheres to relevant data protection and privacy regulations and follows best practices.
Maintain a content calendar to schedule content deliveries, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive client experience.
Implement content personalisation approaches to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
Create content within CMS and CRM tools.
Target and schedule campaign sendouts for all marketing channels using our CRM tools
Prepare informational pages and setup communications, and ensure all comms owned are delivering as expected.
Perform quality assurance and error checks on communication setups, CRM promotions, and productspecific promotions.
Supporting with various other CRMrelated responsibilities like execution, scheduling target groups, etc.

About You:

1+ year of iGaming experience.
Exceptional proofreading skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational capabilities.
Proven experience in content creation.
Advantageous: CRM content management experience in iGaming and sportsbook.
Advantageous: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Familiarity with CRM concepts.
Strong copywriting skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is considered a plus.
