  • Become part of our Krones.digital community and support us as a Head of Digital Project Management OfficeYour tasks
  • You are responsible for the project portfolio management for the development projects of Krones.digital (especially in the area of "CDA
  • Corporate Automation and Digitalisation") and bear the commercial responsibility for the project portfolio.
  • You organize the planning and review processes at program and portfolio level (content / time / costs) and ensure consistent and processcompliant project execution.
  • You are the one who pulls all the strings together and always maintain an overview based on appropriate KPIs.
  • You are an important interface to other areas and their PMO, as well as a link between management, project managers, agile coaches and product management nationally and internationally.
  • You proactively engage with the agile community to align development and project management processes.
  • You are responsible for the continuous development of your area and constantly challenge the status quo.
  • You (further) develop concepts, processes, workflows, methods and reporting relevant to the area from an agile perspective, harmonize and implement them in the development organization and ensure compliance.
  • As an experienced leader, you are always responsible for the personal and professional development of the employees in your area.

Profile:


  • You have experience in project management, multiproject management or project portfolio management preferably in an international environment.
  • You have an understanding of business administration and experience in project controlling from a budgetary and time perspective.
  • You have a good technical understanding, interest in digitalization, ideally experience in mechanical engineering and/or software development.
  • Experience with (scaled) agile methods and frameworks is an advantage.
  • You are a strong communicator and have coordination and organizational skills.
  • You bring enthusiasm for conceptual work and process design.
  • You enjoy shaping change in a dynamic organization.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
