Role and Responsibilities
- CAE Healthcare ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Ausbildung und Simulation in der Medizin mit Sitz in Montreal, Kanada. Die Produkte von CAE Healthcare reichen von chirurgischen Virtual Reality Trainern über Ultraschall-Simulatoren bis hin zu Patientensimulatoren für Notfallmedizin, Intensivmedizin und Anästhesie. Lösungen zum Centermanagement und webbasierte Video-Systeme sowie Ausbildungsinhalte runden die Produktpalette ab. Weltweit sind über 7.000 CAE Healthcare Simulatoren in medizinischen Fakultäten, Pflege-Schulen, Krankenhäusern sowie militärischen Einrichtungen im Einsatz. Der Standort Mainz betreut das internationale Geschäftsfeld in den Bereichen Verkauf, Training und Kundendienst. _
Key responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and repairs of CAE Healthcare products at workshop in Mainz as well as international customer sites.
- Support of events by CAE Healthcare Academy and Sales and Marketing departments e.g. Conferences, exhibitions and simulation days
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the remainder of the CAE Healthcare team and customers within the region
Skills and experience required
- Technical degree, Vocational Training, BSc, or equivalent
- Experience and knowledge in the fields of electronics, pneumatics and mechanics
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team
- Proficient in English and French in written and verbal communication,
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relations with professionalism and courtesy while under pressure
- Interest in education in health care, clinical skills or biomedical experience an advantage
