HR Business Responsible* (f/m/d)

The position can be filled in one of our sales and service units in Denmark, Finland or the Czech Republic.
YOUR TASKS:
- You are a Member of the Management Team of the Sales & Service Cluster Europe Northeast
- You lead a team of HR Business Partner across the Sales & Service Cluster in the Region
- The role includes realization and implementation of the global SICK People strategy as well as transfer to the (regional) respective Sales Initiatives
- You contribute to the success and growth of the organization by implementing businessoriented measures and solutions with a peoplefocused mindset
- You manage all aspects of an organization's human resources department, including organizational and personnel development
- Vital part of this role is to develop and implement medium and longterm People strategies to ensure an alignment with the overall business strategy
- That assumes responsibility for the HR budgeting process, including salary budgets and workforce planning
- You play an active role in how the SICK culture is lived out
- Based on business needs, you derive actions, recommendations, and solutions to best support leaders
- Together with the local or country HR Business Partner you ensure labor regulations and risk mitigation measures are in alignment with HR processes
- You foster a positive environment for working with employees, maintaining confidentiality, building trust and credibility, and ensuring a high level of integrity
- You ensure that the compensation and benefits structure is aligned with business needs in line with global regulations
- Collaboration with global governance departments
YOUR TASKS:
- Completed university studies or comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in an international context as well as relevant HR management experience
- Indepth knowledge of labor law requirements and government reporting regulations that impact human resources functions are a plus
- You have experience in change management and are fluent in English
- You are fond of technical products and innovative solutions
- As a person, you are confident and bring strong communication skills with a customer and solutionoriented approach
- Being empathic and a team player is a must
- You enjoy working with different countries and cultures
