Our client is seeking an experienced live-in or out Maintenance/Handyman for his large, stunning residence in Bonn, Germany and to occasionally manage his smaller residence in Cologne.

Responsibility of duties, not limited to:

Maintaining the upkeep of the grounds (external & internal)
Maintenance duties
Gardening including, maintaining the ponds
Light repairs/DIY
Knowledge and maintenance of advanced heating systems
Driving duties
Preparing for arrival/departure of the principal, family and guests
Providing security
Good spoken English and/or German
EU passport holder (essential)
Flexible and accommodating
Take pride in their work
Full drivers' licence
A pet will be considered

Accommodation:
A beautiful separate 2-bedroom chalet, within walking distance to the main residence. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Access to the forest in the grounds of the estate. Utilities paid by the client.

Working hours:
Based on a 40-hour week. Flexibility required to work weekends if the principal is in residence.

Salary:
€3,500 per month, gross.
