This position is field-based, with a remote home office location convenient to reach all customers within the assigned support territory (Germany).

A day in the Life:

Active contribution to the annual operating plan and the achievement of team and individual goals.
Coordinate your allocated customer activities for pre

- and post-sales.
- and long-term needs.

Collect and communicate market intelligence and voice of customer to relevant partners and managers.
Assist the review of customer training content, working closely with other scientists, marketing and product management colleagues.

Keys to Success:

Education:

Academic Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science or equivalent experience

Experience and Other Skill Qualifications:

Several years of handson experience in gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
Working experiences from an environmental laboratory would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of market trends and drivers in the GC-MS market.
Positive and energetic personality with strong sense of accountability, analytical and problemsolving skills, customer advocate.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Proven capabilities of teamwork, ability to share information, knowledge and experience.
Ability to work on own initiative, to prioritize and seek support when needed, to meet goals.
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English would be a plus.
Driving License.
Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region but also through Europe (expected travel time ~ 50%)
