We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team in Garching.

The HRBP will manage hiring, onboarding, and HR administration for company employees, while providing support in both personal and professional matters.

This position works within the HR structure to support the company's needs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the international team to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Assess employee performance and identify training needs
  • Develop recruitment plans and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labour laws
  • Manage employee benefits, including pension, fleet, and travel approvals
  • Coordinate with payroll provider and interact with finance

Qualifications & Competencies:


  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, training, and project management abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
  • Expertise in German labour laws and HR processes and systems
  • At least 6 years of HR experience in Germany

Education:


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

Salary: 72,000.00€ - 82,000.00€ per year
