The Role

As the Team Lead - SEO, you will be responsible for managing a team of SEO specialists and driving the success of our organic search strategies.

Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of (international) SEO strategies for our company websites, both onpage and offpage
Conception, planning, implementation, control and further development of our projects with regard to search engine optimization
Continuous optimization and monitoring of already implemented SEO measures, as well as monitoring of all relevant SEO-KPIs
Perform technical SEO audits to identify website issues and implement recommended solutions.
Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize their performance and professional growth

Requirements:

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Proven work experience in search engine optimization, with a strong focus on improving organic search visibility and website performance
Indepth knowledge of SEO concepts, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, onpage optimization, technical SEO, link building, and performance tracking
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar platforms
Previous experience in a team leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team
Fluent English and German language skills
