Your impact:
- Active involvement in shaping the current purchasing processes: Tendering processes, awarding contracts to subcontractors, preparing framework agreements and negotiating them with suppliers, etc.
- Processing of inquiries, preparation of decision documents, order management, order processing as well as purchasing controlling
- As part of the project management teams you are working closely in daily procurement for our projects
- Reporting: demand analyses and cost forecasts
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of processes in Navision
- Work closely with the Business controlling department
- Support in the negotiation of framework agreements as well as price negotiations
- Further development of customersupplier relationships
Who you are
You have a good understanding of business, negotiation and networking skills. You are also able to collect and analyze data and have a high level of cost awareness and creativity.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Knowledge of procurement and supplier management
- Experience between 35 years in similar positions
- Project management experience would be a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, confident in using SAP
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
