Big Fish is recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational technology company with a global presence, an
administrator to support the data centers, who is able to act as a central interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments of the company with at least 1 year of professional experience.
We are looking for someone with a structured, process-oriented and independent way of working, able to offer a distinctive and quality service, with excellent communication skills.
You will join
full time with an
indefinite contract in a schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 14h and from 15h to 18h and on Fridays from 9h to 15h + on-call service.
Among the functions to be performed:
- act as an interface between customers, service providers and internal specialized departments.
- Coordination of all IT related service calls.
- fulfillment and follow-up of contracted services
- planning of various IT projects
- creation of documentation and reports
- media management and coordination of logistics
If you have experience in data center support it will be a plus.
Place of work:
Frankfurt am Main, Germany (On-site)
Salary
:60k
What do we need from you?
- good knowledge of process flows in the data center
- experience in handling IT ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- confident handling of Microsoft Office365 for, among other things, the creation of reports and statistics
- very good knowledge of German (C1) and good spoken and written English (B2)
- driver's license class B
