Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for a
Head of Product (M/F/d). This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Your responsibilities:

Supervise operations throughout Product teams.
Ensure adequate support for the product management community, fostering an environment that enables optimal performance and growth across locations and business units.
Develop, oversee, and assess continuous learning initiatives for community functions.
Offer indepth expertise in strategic use cases, including highpriority products and technology development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the dedicated product management community to address complex problems.

Your Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in leading large teams within highgrowth enterprises.
Proficiency in leading teams across product and technology departments.
Strong coaching and capabilitybuilding skills, fostering continuous development in the community.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile environment.
High German language knowledge level (C1/C2)
