Lead Coach:

My client based in Gelsenkirchen are looking for a lead coach to come and join their team for a 12-month project.

Very experienced (20 years +) from O&G: Preferably Refinery/Petrochemical or alternatively offshore / drilling
Operational experience as e.g. site supervisor, superintendent, manager etc.
Experience as assessor or in HSE would be good
Fluency in german + good English required
