WHERE YOUR CONTRIBUTION MATTERS:

Provide efficient and effective support to employees and managers, addressing their inquiries with expertise.
Oversee the complete recruitment process, aligning it with local protocols, legislation, and a particular emphasis on seniorlevel roles.
Develop, implement, and assess recruitment training programs for hiring managers.
Take charge of onboarding initiatives, including planning welcoming sessions, managing new hire data in relevant systems, and aiding managers in assessing new hires.
Uphold accurate and efficient data management, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local HR regulations.
Evaluate external market standards and identify areas for improvement; additionally, devise, execute, and assess the impact of employer branding initiatives through appropriate events and platforms.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Proven experience in handling diverse IT roles, such as UX Designer or UX Researcher, Software Developer, DevOps, Data Engineer, etc.
Proficiency in core employee lifecycle stages, encompassing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, retention, offboarding, and diversity management.
Familiarity with recruitment selection tools, data analytics tools, and HR Information Systems.
Indepth knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance, coupled with outstanding interviewing and coaching skills.
Demonstrated strength in networking, collaboration, and communication.
