THIS IS WAITING FOR YOU

  • You support project management and take on the following tasks:
  • Updating project manuals
  • Creation of user manuals for various project processes
  • Support in the preparation of upcoming ASPICE assessments
  • Budget tracking on the basis of earned value analyses
  • Creation of status reports and metrics
  • You support the team in the administrative daytoday business.
  • You are responsible for organising the onboarding process for new employees.
  • You prepare offers and orders.
  • You organise and accompany meetings, workshops and other events.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a student in one of the following fields of study: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering, economics or computer science.
  • You are characterised by an organised, structured and independent way of working.
  • You maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management are an advantage.
  • The ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills round off your profile.
