Our international Controlling team of five people covers the entire range of Controlling and FP&A activities at Holidu Group with all its subsidiaries.

Your role in this journey

As a (Senior) Controller (f/m/d) you are responsible for key parts of the Group's business model, taking care of adhoc analyses as well as owning parts of the recurring reporting.
You contribute to the Group's consolidated reportings.
You help develop new tools and instruments for managing Holidu's financial success as well as helping the business & support teams to plan and forecast.
You provide financial data, insights and meaningful analyses to management, investors, and other financial partners.
You connect with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve finance & controlling related processes.
You act as financial sparring partner for strategic decisionmaking.

Your backpack is filled with

Relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar environment for at least 3 years.
Completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, or similar with clear quantitative focus.
Excellent Excel skills and the ability to present insights.
Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good judgment showing logical decision making and a handson approach.
Selfmotivation, positive attitude and a strong drive.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experienced ERP system user (e.g. SAP), and knowledge in accounting standards (HGB or IFRS).
Skilled with big data, including the usage of tools like tableau or looker.
