Our compensation package:
€110,000, composed of €90,000 - €97,500 in yearly salary, €7,500 - €15,000 in equity, and up to €5,000/year in company benefits

Your role:

Your day-to-day:

You will be focusing on the following areas:

Data collection and management: Establish best practices and processes to ensure data quality and scientific insights

Validation trials: Establish new and improve current experimental setups and frameworks for technology validation

Customer interactions:Share your expertise and data-driven insights with customers

Research project management

You have 5+ years of experience in research and 2+ research project management
You have led research projects, including the preparation, conduction and administration of the projects
You have been involved in scientific collaborations
You have a good understanding of German HR practices, labor law, and regulations

Operational efficiency

You have assessed and optimized experimental setups and processes across various projects
You have implemented and improved operational policies, systems, and procedures to support the research vision and scientific direction

Leadership and communication skills

You have assumed leadership roles in the past
You have helped mentor and motivate your team
You are fluent in English
You leverage your critical thinking and analytical skills in decisionmaking
You are an excellent communicator
You are keen and able to represent Orbem with internal and external partners
You have previous experience working in a fastpaced environment and scaling up a team
You enjoy the scientific examination and validation of projects and sharing your insights in an elaborate and clear manner
You are driven by curiosity and motivated to create novel datadriven insights
