Discover your exciting role:


  • The main task of the Director of HR Data & Analytics will be to enhance and lead the global people analytics practice and further development of HR analytics. The position is based in Exyte's global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Oversee HR data quality and work with HR process and system owners to define effective measures and secure a high level of HR data
  • Define and exercise effective data quality controls
  • Initiate and coordinate data cleanup activities
  • Drive interactions with leaders across HR, linking strategy and implementation
  • Responsibility for facilitating and driving the implementation of the HR project portfolio, transformation, and organizational development within the framework of the transformation of the company, ensuring that the HR agenda is understood
  • Enhance and lead the global people analytics practice, control and monitor via KPIs / dashboards, and further development of HR analytics. Ensure excellent HR data quality within the Exyte group
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and Centers of HR Expertise to drive content creation and consistent execution of the strategic plan and roadmap within our outstanding business growth
  • Identify and address risks and opportunities
  • Oversee the HR project portfolio and lead the HR project management to monitor progress, assign and manage project management resources and budget
  • Build and steer strategic workforce planning process across all functions and businesses to ensure the company's future workforce plan on a corporate level
  • Working in a fastpaced, highly visible environment, which allows you to achieve impact

Show your expertise:


  • University degree
  • More than 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Proved experience in leading global HR processes and a strong background in understanding HR data architecture
  • Professional experience in a crossfunctional and international environment with a track record of achieving significant impact within HR data analytics
  • Experience in the leadership of diverse & global projects in a matrix organization
  • Track record in HR project management, transformation, and organizational processes as well as analytics and reporting
  • Familiar with the steering of global projects
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills (structuring, analysis, synthesis)
  • Strong results orientation and practical judgment
  • Working highly structured, systematic, and organized
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding results
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with people at all hierarchical levels and clear and structured communication
  • Working handson and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ppt) and MS Power BI
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, Success Factors, and data architecture
  • Speak and write fluent English and German
