Your tasks:

Full responsibility for all services, employees and costs within IT Portfolio & Demand Management
Actively engage in demand and portfolio management
Perform all IT activities and duties in the area of responsibility in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, SOPs, guidelines, rules of procedure, bylaws and compliance rules
Align with her / his strong functional line manager
Plan & monitor all costs related to her / his organizational unit
Provide input to financial and human resources planning on departmental level
Work with business partners to understand and anticipate business needs
Provide highquality services at optimal cost to customers
Manage improvement processes that impact customer satisfaction, IT effectiveness and IT efficiency within area of responsibility
Identify the roles, skills and knowledge required
Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with department goals

Your profile:

Study to university degree level (computer science, business administration or related disciplines)
Several years of relevant work experience in software development, demand management and / or portfolio management
Experience in identifying process improvements and beneficial usage of new technological developments
Strong customer service orientation
Strong selfinitiative and excellent analytical skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
