Your role

Join the Euro-BioImaging Bio-Hub team in its mission to advance bioimaging research in Europe and beyond.

We are looking for a dedicated new team member, to support us in the Bio-Hub finance administration and to support the new "Imaging4All" project as its administrator, working closely together with the i4A Scientific Manager.


Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities:

Finance administration:

Supporting the Section Director of the Bio-Hub in managing the internal and external finances of the Bio-Hub including budget and cost monitoring, processing of reimbursements, invoices and reconciliation of payments.


Imaging4All administrative support:
Assisting the Imaging4All project with travel bookings for international grantees (support for booking of flights, visa, cost reimbursement, etc.). Logistical and organizational support for the i4A meeting of grantees.

In close collaboration with the i4A Scientific Manager, prepare financial reports for submission to the funder, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.


General administrative support:
Providing administrative support to the Euro-BioImaging Bio-Hub team and its Section Director. Support for the organisation of external activities such as webinars, and smaller in person events, and Bio-Hub team meetings.
