YOUR ROLE:

Driving sales & EBIT and developing and implementing regional commercial strategy with sales and marketing responsibility with focusin on customer relations and strong operations
Drives regional execution of SBU strategy to achieve agreed KP and TP targets, incl. full P&L responsibility
Provides Market and Customer insights as input for the definition of the respective SBU strategy
Regularly reviews progress against targets by segment / country and develops plans to address deviations
Ensures accurate rolling forecast, annual business plan (KP) and long term strategic plan (TP)
Supports M&A regionally incl. integration
Acts as regional focal point between regional SBUs and functions, actively participates in regional A meetings and initiatives
Provides regular input into regional and global S&OP process to ensure sufficient capacity to meet ongoing market requirements
Drives sustainable people development and succession management and with this reates a highly motivated and skilled team
Plans and organizes regional resources (people, capacity, investments) to ensure target achievement
Drives culture, creates and shapes an innovative, collaborative and inspiring working culture
Drives customer relations and strong operations

YOUR SKILLS:

Master's degree in business administration, engineering or similar
Minimum 10 years of senior P&L and people management experience
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
Good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with commercial leaders
Know how to work and partner closely with crossfunctional groups
Strong desire to lead and develop a team
