If so, we are looking for you to lead the activities for Inbound, including sourcing and purchasing, outbound supply chain, planning, customer service and shipping departments.

After that,
you will:

• Be responsible for accurate and timely processing of orders throughout the facility, management of product flow from suppliers and affiliates for internal and external customers, and OrdertoCash process execution within all departments within the supply chain team. Your extensive years of experience in supply chain within an manufacturing environment will allow you to run a cost effective operation within budgetary guidelines and exceed customer service level requirements.
• Put to work your problem solving and decision making skills to drive continuous improvement through proactive leadership, motivation, and development of direct reports. You will develop strategic plans and initiatives to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations to meet our growing business needs. You will have a customer centric approach and will be directly involved in supporting and solving client's needs.
• You will collaborate and keep close working relationships, communicating effectively with Manufacturing, Planning, international Sales, Finance and general management across three BUs (Food Colors, Pharma & Essential Oils), and playing an active role in resolving servicerelated issues. Your fluency in _English_ is crucial to be successful on this task.
