- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen für die Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Produkten
- Planung von Anlagen für die Produktion von Arzneimitteln unter Berücksichtigung von Effizienz, Sicherheit und Compliance
- Erstellung von Qualifizierungsdokumenten und Ausübung von Qualifizierungsaufgaben im GMP-Umfeld
- Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams und Überwachung von technischen Projekten im Bereich Infrastruktur
- Durchführung von FATs und Inbetriebnahmen von Anlagen
- Mitarbeit bei der Vergabe von pharmazeutischen Anlagen und Systemen
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf Betriebsverfahren, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Qualitätsstandards
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Pharmatechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Biotechnologie oder fundierte Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen für pharmazeutische Produkte unter Einhaltung der GMP-Standards wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme systematisch zu identifizieren und zu analysieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
